Minerals and bubbles made only from grape juice which contains 100% Refosco with no added sulfur. 8–10 days in open vats/manual pigeage and bâtonnage.
Be aware that this one should not be shaken! AND please keep it cold! Real cold! Or you'll lose half of the bottle when you open it.
Pet Nat White 2021

This glu glu wine has funky flavours with a rich passion fruit aroma and grapefruit finish.
Minerals and bubbles made only from grape juice which contains 70% Vitovska, 30% Istrian malvasia with no added sulfur. 8–10 days in open vats/manual pigeage and bâtonnage.
Be aware that this one should not ever be shaken! AND please keep it cold! We mean really cold!
Baby Orange Pet Nat 2020

Prolonged Riesling flavour with gentle lime freshness. Lovely bubbles, calm body of the wine for more easy-drinking moments.
Pet Nat made from Rhein Riesling grown on marl soil.
Fermented for one month in amphora, the grapes are gently pressed and transferred to steel tanks, then bottled.
