Spontaneous fermentation in steel tank for 25 days of maceration on skin. This rich red wine is aging 12 months in acacia barrels tanks. No yeast or sulfites added, unfiltered. Merlot and Cabernet sauvignon blend medium body red wine.

Rdeče 2018

The facts:

Cuvee made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Refosko, Syrah, Merlot. Deep ruby color, full body red, smooth, slight presence of green tannins, red fruit, peppery notes. 

Maceration for 1 month, aged for 2 years in old wood, bottled after 2 years without stabilization and filtration.

Merlot 2018

A full-bodied red wine that grows on the red Karst lands in Slovenia. After 3 years of aging in oak barrels, provides a fruity nose with prominent red berries, karst herbs, plum, sour cherry and dark chocolate notes. On the palate soft tannins and freshness.

It takes you on a meditation time for sure. Superb red here !
