Gentle wine, tender fruits, and herbaceous finish. Like a dense juice without being heavy, embracing Riesling flavors with high acidity that constantly change in the mouth. 

Matured hand-picked grapes ferment spontaneously up to 20 days, then age in wooden barrels.

Amfora 2019

The facts:

Amber color cuvee from Malvazija, Pinot Gris and Muscat. Herbal notes, aromatic full body dry white. 

120 days macerated, pressed and further 20 months maturation in amphora, bottled after two years without stabilization and filtering.

Janko Štekar Sivi pinot/Pinot gris 2021

Sivi is vinified with as Pinot Grigio grapes with spontaneous fermentation in steel tank, short of maceration aging 12 months in steel tanks. No yeast or sulfites added.
