A wine that excites! The almost dark, amber color announces that it is something completely different. Orange sparkling wine, the base wine of which was produced by eight months of maceration. Herbal notes and ripped fruits are noticed on the nose.
Cuvee of Riesling, Traminer, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Muscat Ottonel.
Maceration and spontaneous fermentation for 8 months. No added yeast, no sulfur and no filtration. Secondary fermentation in the bottle after 24 months, at the time of the next harvest, with natural yeasts.
