The sparkling wine is extremely fresh. The bubbles are medium active. Pronounced medium bouquet is mainly reminiscent of flowers, strawberries, raw apples.Pinot noir (70%), Rumeni plavec (15%), Chardonnay (15%)
Directly pressed grapes. Spontaneous fermentation without the addition of yeast. Maturation and mixing on fine lees. No filtration.
