Žan Red

Juicy and fresh one here. This wine has high contrast of forest berries on the nose and light palate of dry flavours. Žametovka, Kraljevina, Blue Franconian, Merlot, Welschriesling are the grapes for the combo of freshness and juicy taste. Hand picked in end of September. Directly presed grapes, 3 days on skin contact and spontaineous fermentaiton for 6  months in stainlees steel barrels.

Well this one goes quick, easy light red wine to relax. Summer one for sure !

The facts

Vinified with Chardonnay, Ribolla, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon and Glera grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tank and later 1 year aged in steel tanks. No added yeast or additional sulphur.

The facts

Unpolished fruity and funky notes. The palate is between tropical and unripe fruits with a stunning acidity which keeps the wine up.

• 12 days of skin-contact in vats
• 1 year in 54 litre damigiana (big glass vessel)

Sivi Pinot/Pinot Gris 2018

The facts

The intense color is reflecting the elegant red fruit aromas. It has a round fruity and herbal flavor. 

• Vineyards are 16 to 25 years old, growing on shist, clay and sandstone
• Hand-picked in the mid of September, 20% botrytis on grapes
• 6 days of maceration with spontaneous fermentation
• no added yeast, no filtration
• aged for 12 months in used 500 liter barrels.

Terranatura 2019

The facts

Dark ruby color. Medium-body red wine that will remind you of sour cherries, raspberries and chocolate notes. It’s fresh and lively. 

• 100% Refosco, in Karst the traditional name for Refosco grapes grown on terra rossa is Teran
• 30 days in open vats, manual pigeage

Malvazija 2021

The facts:

Easy light entry level Malvazija, soaked with the Mediterranean sun, still dry and not too high in alcohol. Fruity notes make this wine fun. 

Two days of maceration, fermented in stainless steel, Andrej is adding a part of Pet Nat to start the fermentation, bottled without filtration and stabilization in March of the following year.
