The facts
Vitovska is an old white grape variety native to the Karst to which winemakers have been giving new life in the last decade. This one is juicy golden yellow colour with a rich passion fruit on the nose, peach and Karst herbs more on the palate. 10 days fermented grapes in big open vats. Aging in oak barrels for 18 months.
