1/4 Vitovska fermented and aged in glass, 1/4 Vitovska barrel aged, 1/4 Malvazija from glass and 1/4 Malvazija from barrel. The grapes later ferment in glass 54l ones whole-cluster. Malvazija and Vitovska together develope complexity and mineral vibrations.
