Amber color cuvee from Malvazija, Pinot Gris and Muscat. Herbal notes, aromatic medium body wine.
120 days macerated, pressed and further 20 months maturation in amphora, bottled after two years without stabilization and filtering.
Frankovka 2022

Higher acidity with ripe red fruits easy to drink. Notes of cinnamon follow with light black pepper.
Bottled unfiltered / 8 days skin contact. Serve it chilled !
Janko Štekar Sivi pinot/Pinot gris 2021

Calm fresh Pinot Gris with freshness of young plums and vibrating aciditiy.
The facts
Sivi is vinified with as Pinot Grigio grapes with spontaneous fermentation in steel tank, short of maceration aging 12 months in steel tanks. No yeast or sulfites added.
Zelen Cru 2021

The facts
Zelen is an autochthonous grape variety from the valley of the river Vipava. Its noble qualities were extolled by the author and viticulturist Matija Vertovec in the first half of the nineteenth century. This Cru selection are one of the best Zelen grapes harvested.
Teran 2021

The wine comes with a medium-body with rich red fruit notes. This Teran has balanced tannins and a gentle spiciness.
