The Teran grape variety completes the ampelographic trinity of the Karst. The Lui grapes come from a 55-year-old vineyard and are harvested comparatively late.

Very intense tender red wine with ruby color. The fragrance is slightly bitter-sweet and fruity, reminiscent of blackcurrant, aronia and sour cherry.
It is a fun red with pleasant acidity, more on the light side but still smooth with a nice velvety body. Partly as a result of maturing in barrels made of wild cherry wood combined with long maceration.
It is unfiltered, no sulfur added.
1 year in 225l oak barrels, then 1 year in cherry barrels

De-stemming and skin maceration for 12 h, spontaneous fermantation in stainless vats for 6 months. Growing on Ponka soil.

The flavors are going from soft to fruity, the three grape varieties are expressing their characters and blend into perfectly balanced acidity, gentle ripe fruit and fresh fruity finish. The palate is complex.
70% Laški Riesling, 20% Renski Riesling, 10% Muskat Ottonell. Handpicked grapes ferment in amphorae (Dolium) up to one year, around the first harvest Zorjan transfers the wine into barrels, where the wine gets more time to rest and is clarified by the natural force of gravity.
