The facts

The wine is triggering fruity notes, especially raspberries and honey. The wine has slightly oxidative notes, a touch of smokiness with a long aftertaste. 

Handpicked grapes ferment in amphora (Dolium) up 3 years, around the first harvest Zorjan transfers the wine into bottles, where the wine gets more time to rest and is clarified by the natural force of gravity.
