The smell is distinctly mineral, floral and less fruity (you will find quince and pears, though), very velvety, and alcohol does not stand out although it is pretty high.
The grapes were harvested late, perfectly mature and with little botrytis.
Macerated for 2 days, spontaneous fermentation, wine matured on fine lees in the tank until bottling (9 months).
