The facts
The wine is fresh, rich with fruity notes, some orange peel and citrus. Acidity is refreshing, it is easy and complex at the same time.
Cuvée of various vintages of indigenous Vipava valley grape varieties: 55% Pinela, 20% Zelen, 14% Rebula, 5% Vitovska, 3% Klarnica, 2% Rumeni Muškat
The Zaria vineyards are 35 years in average and grow on Marl soil, the grapes are hand-picked in the end of September. All varieties are macerated together, spontaneously fermented and aged in Slovenian oak barrels.
