Miha is following in the footsteps of his family who owned the estate for many generations. He is, very distinctively, finding his own style, though. His cellar is like a huge cathedral, and he, in his open, communicative and highly convincing character, is the priest. Things are different in Miha Batič' world - so he also is the winemaker with the peacock. Literally: if you ever get to visit him, try to find the peacock outside the estate.
