On the nose it's fruity. On the palate it is herbaceous, lemony with a fresh and mineral finish. It is super juicy. 

• Zelen is an indigenous grape variety from Vipava valley
• 4 days in open vats
• 6 months in tino (conical wooden barrel) with addition of 1/3 of the grapes
• 5 months aging in acacia barrels and concrete eggs
• 11% alc
• Dry
• Contains sulphites
