The facts:
It’s one of Radovan Šuman’s most intense wines with high tannins. Rich fruits especially strawberries and an earthy note. The fruit flavours and high acidity develop a long refreshing taste.
Pinot Grigio was 14 days on skin contact and 2 years in oak barrels on fine lees. As all of Rado’s wines it’s bottled without filtration, clarification or addition of sulfur.
