Slovenia is not just mountains and rivers. It also has a short coast line with a picturesque sea side and mediterranean towns and villages. That is where Gordia winery is located. In the village Kolomban above Ankaran, so all of the vineyards have sea view. Gordia is referring to the ancient name of the area. Andrej Cep and his family started organic wine growing in 2004. Gordia wines are made without any oenological additives. All wines except for the sparkling wine are made with indigenous yeast.
