Mild and herbal is this wine. Aromas of cammomile with a super elegant body. What is the charm of this wine is that this is a rare 2015 one. One of the facts how wine be perfectly aged without adding sulphor. CRAZY ! 

Matured hand-picked grapes ferment spontaneously up to 20 days, then aged in slovenian oak barrels.
