Vinified with Chardonnay, Ribolla, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon and Glera grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tank and later 1 year aged in steel tanks. No added yeast or additional sulphur.

The facts:
Highly aromatic on the nose, with aromas of pears, peaches and tropical fruits and completely dry and very light in the mouth. Wine for every day.
Couvee of Rumeni plavec, Kraljevina, Muscat Ottonel, Traminer, Welschriesling, Pinot blanc.
3 days of maceration with the addition of immediately pressed must. Spontaneous fermentation. No added yeast, no filtration. Aging: 6 months in stainless steel barrels.

YA YEAH freashness and tropical fruits with a tender bitter grapefruit finnish ! Great to enyoy the summer vibes. Macerated for 2 weeks and 6 months in concrete vessels.
